Tim Burton + Addams Family = Tim Burton's classic?

Tim Burton is attached to direct a 3D stop-motion adaptation of The Addams Family. It was a rumoured movie and since it beggining, some months ago, Burton was the director that was named to bring life to the project. The screenwriting team of Scott Alexander and Larry Karaszewski (who wrote Ed Wood) is attached to write the screenplay.
There aren't rumours about the actors attached for the project, but I've the strange feeling that we may see Johnny Depp and Helena Boham Carter working with him again...

I really want to see the result of this one!
