LOL, I keep talking about this dumb movie, but all the hoopla is certainly entertaining. Looks like Natalie Portman has a new husband, and his name is Noah Emmerich. Yes, the ever changing roster of actors for the doomed western known as ‘Jane Got A Gun’ has just added Emmerich to the list in the role of Portman’s husband. Well, I thought that Cooper was the worst thing to happen to this project, now we have this monstrosity. I fucking hate this guy. I try to avoid his movies, but when I have to see him in action my eyes bleed. He’s just the definition of awful in every role he gets. He doesn’t understand shading of any sort. He’s either an emotionless void or a clichéd drama-queen. There are few actors I want to punch in the face just for walking into a scene, and he’s one of them. So now this film has officially lost my interest. I mean, Edgerton is going to have to completely wow the shit out of me in ‘The Great Gatsby’ to get my ass in this seat. If then skimp on Edgerton time like they did in ‘Zero Dark Thirty’ (he gets top billing of sorts and yet only appears in the last thirty minutes and has like two speaking lines) then this movie will officially suck.
LOL, who am I kidding; after dedicating like six posts to this train wreck in the making, there’s no way I’m not seeing this opening night.
