- New images from David Cronenberg’s A Dangerous Method have gone online. The film is based on Christopher Hampton’s play The Talking Cure about the relationship between Carl Jung (played by Michael Fassbender), Sigmund Freud (Viggo Mortensen) and Sabina Spielrein (Keira Knightley). The movie seems interesting and promising, because of the amazing cast and the amazing director that are involved in this project and, I don't know why, I smell Oscar quality roles for the three leads, specially for Fassbender and Mortensen.
I'm waiting with high expectations!
- According to Collider, "In August of last year, Walt Disney Studios bought Marvel for $4 billion. That deal did not include character and properties that were already being produced under other studios. Today, Disney, Marvel Studios, and Paramount Pictures have reached a deal for Disney to handle the worldwide marketing and distribution for The Avengers and Iron Man 3. Paramount will remain the worldwide distributor of the upcoming Thor and Captain America: The First Avengers. Disney reportedly paid $115 million for the transfer of the rights to Iron Man 3 and The Avengers". Ok, there's no problem, the only differences are that in the begining of the movies, we'll see the Disney Pictures logo instead of Paramount Pictures' one and that Paramount lost a lot of money (Paramount would gain much more than the $115 million Disney paid if they have distributed The Avengers and Iron Man 3).
Btw, Iron Man 3 will be released May 3, 2013, and there's no information about the cast (I'm not talking about Robert Downey Jr, of course) or about who will have a seat in the director's chair (I hope it will be Jon Favreau).
